Struggling to get refund

Late last year I cancelled my contract which had expired in about August 2013. Before cancelling I made payment of R300 and upon receiving my billing report after I had cancelled, it reflected that I was in credit with R300 which is due me. Last week I called the number 1761 and liaised with a lady who promised that my refund would be processed in two to three working days as per Ref # 108225091. This was after she requested for my banking account details which I provided her with. Today, 22 Jan 2014, I called again to follow up as no credit was showing and after speaking to two gentlemen, who confirmed that the case previously logged only reflects that "Refund due to customer" but no banking details and no further action. They could not tell me what should happen next and when I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was promised one would contact me after he is done on a call. That was just after 10 am and till now no call received. My MTN account: A1097519 and I spent 22 minutes on this mornings call. I wish to have my refund within the next 24 hours without further delay.
