I purchased a One MS66 Mandela Coin on the 28 of July 2013 using my credit card and I was sent an e-mail stating that the Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks. It is now more than 30 days and I have not received this product. I have called their call center and spoke to a lady called Cara Styles (REF NO: 22532) and she promised that she will escalate the matter to her supervisor and I will get a call within 24 hours. I have waited for more than 24 hours without receiving any call and I called the call centre again and I spoke to a consultant by the name of Derek (REF NO:26633) and I requested for a refund and he promised that my payment will be returned back into my credit card within 3 days. and since then I have not received anything from this company. I am tired of calling their call centre because they don't seem to know what's happening. Can you please help me to get my refund back.
