Autopage have no sense of customer service!

First I took their contract, it took 4 days for my sim to be activated. When I took the contract I was promised that the Sim & connection fee is waived, only to charge it on my account in 2 months.
They give me a complimentary data bundle for the inconvenience caused with my activation, then I'm charged for it 2months later. 5/11/2013, I call to query the charges for a data bundle I never requested, they promise to investigate and call me within 24hrs, they never called. 26/11, I call again, they tell me they still have to investigate and will get back to me within 24hrs. 28hrs later, no call whatsoever &I called them, I still get no assistance, instead the consultant tells me that I requested a bundle from him on the phone, which I refused; he promises to go through the voice recordings and get back to me within 24hrs, he never called me back. 27/11, I call, they promise to speak to accounts about it.28/11, I call &they promise that the charges will be reversed and credited into my account.1/12, new invoice, no credit reflecting.4/12 I call again, they promise, that it will be credited into my account. 1/1/2014 another invoice, no credit reflecting. How consistently disappointing!
