So i decided to change my phone, i went to the Autopage store in Blue Route Mall in Tokai.
I cancelled my BIS and added a 1gb Data Bundle to my contract which the manager said would be added in the next 24hrs.
Two months later i am handed an bill for R1000 data charged for out of bundle rates.
They said the network didn't added the data bundle to my account.
The store have been very helpful in trying to sort the situation, but i have had almost no response and passing the buck around from one person to another in the call centre. One person says it will be paid back in a couple of days, another person says in 14 days after a full investigation.

This is totally unacceptable and. I have had so many issues with Autopage over the last year.
I would love to cancel my contract, but first i want this situation resolved immediately.
