Billing for non existing account

Vodacom billed me R135, 00 for the topup contract I don't have with them. They send me the account no. I2546691 and phone no. 0716030549 for billing me. I did phone vodacom with query, then they told me to make an affidavit that I don't have 135 topup with them, of which I did.
To my surprise now I receive message from vodacom collections saying I owe them, and I must make arrangements for payments before been handed to credit bureau.
How can I pay for a contract I don't have with Vodacom.
