I went with my gf to vodacom and spoke to one of the consultants with regarding her billing every month.
she has a blackberry and she has been getting charged for data usage when shes on the bis, for the last 4months, i spoke to one of the consultants and he said he could see that shes getting charged but no reason. He then told us that he will log a query to the technicians and will get back to us within 14day's almost a month has passed and still no response from either of them he also gave me a ref number of confirmation, and said that i should call or email him if i don't hear of anything. I tried calling and emailing several times and i still didn't receive any response.
