Charged for something I didn't receive!

In March 2013 I was going through one of my cell phone contracts with Cell C, the number, 084 2368648, and I noticed I have been charged for itemised billing, but there was no itemised billing on the account. I got hold of Cell C and spoke to Kadiane Pieterson, who confirmed that there was no itemised billing since July 2012 even though they had charged for same every month. I gave him my contact no: which is different, as the 084 no is used by my daughter. After a month, no response, I contacted him again and was told that because I didn't pick it up in July 2012 they were not going to refund me. This is unacceptable!!! I contacted customer services to sort out - no response to all e mails. I posted a message on FB, and got a response immediately to say they will try sort out. I got a call earlier this week to say a credit has been passed - received my statement today - and NO CREDIT! I feel like I am dealing with.
