PATHETIC BILLING SYSTEM AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Vodacom has proved to be one of the worst service providers with consultants not being able to comprehend the work that they are doing. The billing system in CONTRACT packages is there just to milk cash from consumers.
I took out a smart light package with vodacom and in February got a better prepaid deal with 8ta where I get 3GB data at a very low rate and therefore stopped using my Vodacom contract sim. I wiuld use it for a few minures in days ti make a call just to deplete my package. I have a limit of R100 as a threshold set up in February such that at most my bill would be R500. In the month of April, my usage was billed at R932.05 with Vodacom claiming that on 22 April at 2115 I used R413 on data and the itemised bill states that 516mb was used and charged R413 despite the rate being R2/mb. If my mathematics is correct, This was supposed to be 516mbxR2 less free data (approx 30mb). I have no automatic updates that could have used such sn amiunt of data and I did not use this sim card for any data purposes at this time knowing that I have 3GB of 8ta data that lasts m 2 months.
For the last 2 months I have been tossed to and from by Vodacom consultants who are even confussed.
