In Oct 2011 I noticed problems on the itemised billing of excessive sms's and calls. I went to the Vanderbijlpark branch and they said they would look into it. Nothing happened and I kept paying. Apr 2012 My itemized billing showed 100 calls a day PM.In some cases there are 60sms's to different numbers within seconds of each other. In Dec 2012 there were 116 calls logged from 1am- 11pm in one day. I went back to Vodacom to alert them that I didn't make these calls.they advised they would send it to Head Office to sort out as they said they had done this every month since April. 18 Jan 2013 & 26 Jan 2013 I spoke to Vodacom again, was told that I should get an affidavit, I had already done this, Again the paperwork was sent for a 2nd time to Vodacom. They cancelled my debit order and said that I would have to pay R3000 in & R5000 in Feb & account was now R8000.They suspended the lines and not the contract. I asked for the contract to be cancelled and they refused but assured me that the problem would be sorted out. It is now Oct 2013 and still nothing. I get billed every month for the contract. Vodacom has now handed me over as a bad payer and billed me with an amount of R20K
