Forfeiting Balance of Topup when not using

Telecommunications

Good Day

I have a Topup 315 contract, every month Vodacom deducts a certain amount of my balance which I have not used. I find that this is a rip off as this type of Topup contracts is different from the other. Vodacom is actually from their clients as it is my "money" I am paying into my mobile account, thus Vodacom should not be allowed to make any deductions on balances that was not used. I have written emails to them and called but I have been told that if you do not use a certain percentage of your balance, you automatically forfeit it. I tried transferring some of the balances, but this is not possible either.

I am of the believe that Vodacom should reimburse me for the balances they have deducted from my account.

Please look into this matter.
