Mtn send me wrong tv with imternet contract

I took a contract with mtn witch included a samsung smart tv. Tv specs on ad said its a 2d to 3 d convertable tv. Included 3d glasses. The tv they send me was a samsung smart tv but do not have 3D. Al they keep saying is they are looking into the problem. Its being s month and still no resolution. What canbi do
