RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!

I booked my phone in a week ago and was told I would hear back from the insurance within 72hrs and my phone would be sent to Apple Doctor the next day. I phoned them on Friday and a lady with really bad attitude said I'll hear back from the insurance later that day but my phone was still in the store. Nobody answers either the store phone or the toll free number for the past 2days. All I'd like to know is what's actually happening to phone?
