Trouble with data on my Samsung smart (S3) phone

Electronics and household app.

I an a loyal Samsung customer, where my whole house is equip with Samsung products. I upgraded to a Samsung S3 smart phone in January 2013.I was very happy with my blackberry, since i went over to Samsung my problems started., I am currently on one of the top package where i receive 800 meg of data every month, witch is more sufficient for my daily work operation required, then i discovered on my first monthly invoice that 800 meg is not enough for me. Witch i do find strange because i do not browse threw the inter net on a daily basis. I went to the Vodacom shop in Hartebeespoort in Village Mall center, whereby the store manager replies to me that you must remember that you are now on a smart phone. Witch my package is R1800 per month, the month after that i suddenly used 1.6 GIG witch cost me an extra R715 a month, the month after that i used again 1.2 GIG witch again cost me R435 whereby i did inquired this with Vodacom, and no answers can be given by the store, they replied that the phone in 100% set on the correct setting. So now the phone keeps downloading between 4AM and 5AM although all the automatic download setting is off, and losing data. I am done with Samsung!!
