Wrong tv supplied

I've been trying to get through to the MTN store directly but after two days of unanswered phone calls I've decided this will probably be the only way to get through to MTN.
I applied for contract Wi-Fi Router Samsung Smart TV 40" 3D Skype Camera and was approved.
My concern is that the deal was advertised as "Smart TV Features: Advanced Active Bluetooth Shutter Tecnology, 1080 pixel Resolution, 3D FHD Glasses Included, 2D to 3D Conversion, Browse the Web, Stream Multiple Applications and Connect with Friends and Family, Wide Colour Enhancer Plus, Clear Motion Rate 400Hz, Ultra Slim Bezel". After a month of waiting i receiving the TV only to find out that this is not a 3D TV, it's just an average led smart TV. The advertised TV was the only reason I applied for the contract in the first place. This problem needs to be sorted out immediately.
