A FEW DAYS AGO I-SMART CALLED ME AND OFFERED ME A CONTRACT WITH, AS THE CONSULTANT SAID"THE LATEST MODEL OF SAMSUNG GALAXY S5" I AGREED TO THE CONTRACT, AFTER PHONING ME ONCE A DAY TO MAKE SURE OF MY EMPLOYMENT TELEPHONE NUMBER THE PHONE ARRIVES... A SAMSUNG GALAXY S5-301, AKA SAMSUNG POCKET!!! I SEND THE PHONE UNOPENED BACK AND DID NOT SIGN ANY PAPERS AND CALLED IMMEDIATELY, NOW THEY ARE GOING TO LISTEN TO THE TAPE OF THE CALL AND HOLD ME RESPONSIBLE FOR ALMOST R400 CALL CHARGES, AS IF THIS IS MY FAULT!! THEY WERE MISLEADING IN THEIR INITIAL INTRODUCTION OF THE CONTRACT. IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN DO ABOUT THIS BECAUSE THIS IS CLEARLY NOT MY FAULT, THERE'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN S5 SAMSUNG GALAXY AND S5-301 POCKET, THIS IS HOW WE MUST PAY FOR INCOMPETENCE!!
