Wi-Fi Router Samsung Smart TV 40” 3D Skype Cam

I applied for contract Wi-Fi Router Samsung Smart TV 40" 3D Skype Camera on 05 Dec 13 and was told approval takes about 24hours. On 11 Dec 13 I had to enquire whether it was approved and it has been approved but I was never informed. The TV was delivered on 09 Jan 14.
My concern is that the deal was advertised as "Smart TV Features: Advanced Active Bluetooth Shutter Tecnology, 1080 pixel Resolution, 3D FHD Glasses Included, 2D to 3D Conversion, Browse the Web, Stream Multiple Applications and Connect with Friends and Family, Wide Colour Enhancer Plus, Clear Motion Rate 400Hz, Ultra Slim Bezel"
Upon receiving the TV I found that this is not a 3D TV, obviously and no 3D FHD Glasses Included, Clear Motion rate 100Hz and not 400Hz as advertised. These features are the specific reason why I applied for this deal in the first place.
I feel misled as I thought I bought a 3D TV with a Clear Motion Rate of 400Hz which turns out to be a normal LED TV.
How does this misunderstanding get rectified and I won't settle for a sincere apology from MTN as with the other similar complaints as seen on
