Telkom Still Charging But have no Phone line!

Long Story Short
Been having a line issue since September 2013.
Every time i create a fault, a few days later i get a text message saying the problem has been resolved. I then check my line and find that it is still not working, hence i create another fault and the same thing happens. This has happened so many times i have lost count.
But they will still bill you every month!!!
To add injury to insult, i still have to pay for my uncapped mweb line!!! Try getting them to help is also non existent.
Doubt whether anyone will read this either!!!
