Wrongful debit

Cell c decided to add 300 extra mb on my internet modem stick which i have to pay for. this was not authorised by me. useless that work in that company cant even cancel a contract properly. Agreeing that i have to pay for service that i am not happy with. i dont understand why i have to call back after i paid the contracts up. isnt the duty of the cell phone provider to do that. where did cell c find such moronic people from. all i wish is for my contracts to be cancelled with this patheic excuse for a Cell Phone company. i mean still the cheapest but cant even gain market share in South Africa. Maybe its because urll have such bad service and bad signal. that people rather pay more.
