8ta still deducting money from my account

My contract with 8ta expired on May 2013, but 8ta still deducting money from my account. when i call customer, i was told to go to 8ta store for a new phone, last week Wednesday i went to waterfront mall in Bloemfontein (8ta store) the guy couldn't help me instead he told me to go to TELKOM store even there no one help me the guy gave me a form that i must take home with to fill in and bring it back the following day and also inform be that i must pay R100 FEE which it can't be deducted on my account, i must pay cash. bcoz of my frustration and tired of up and down that i must travel 80km again just for laziness people i end up rather ask for a form to cancel the contract with 8ta not bcoz is what i wanted but bcoz the helpless service i was receiving from all this 2 stores i went to. the following day on the 4 September i send email to 8ta customer service which is 5days already today, but no one come back to me, it seems like am not taken serious about want i went through, the only thing that the care about is taking my money every month even the contact is end and i never upgrade or give anyone a go head to continue with the contract without a new phone. disappointed!
