Tried for 4 months to cancel expired 8ta contract

I have been trying for 4 months to cancel my 8ta contract. It expired in October.
First I phone them in July and they tell me I have to send a cancellation letter to [Email Removed]
I do this and tell them to cancel it when it expires. 3 months later nothing happens and I get billed.
I phone them again to hear why not. This time they tell me I have to fill in the form (after they said last time a any letter).
This form is difficult to find as well. But I find it and fill it in and send it again to [Email Removed]
Every time they tell me it takes 4 weeks to process. Still it has been a month now and I got billed again.

This has to be against the consumer act and I demand a refund. Every time I deal with 8ta I have to hellopeter before anything gets done.
