On the 15/10/2012 I took out a contract 24mth anytime 100 When i was called by maurisha whether i was still interested i said i will come in store later the day. Not even minutes later after the call my sim was from prepaid to contract i made the mistake thinking it wont be so bad but i was never given the choice whether i wanted top up or open line only to find out not even a week later being suspended calling 808 to be of no help told to go in store. I was then told i accepted the contract on open line there is nothing i can do i can come back in a couple of months to migrate so every month passed being suspended for days. i went back deyaana couldn't find the form i was told she will call she never did when i got the time i went back the deyaana could provide me made a lame excuse for not getting back to me. Filled in the form she called to find out whether i can migrate and if there will be any fees available she was told no fees will be charged and it will take 24hrs. Now A week passed she contacted me today to tell me that i wont be able to migrate from anytime100 to top up only june 2014 when a upgrade is due that's pathetic making money from contract customers. dissapointed
