On 7/12/13 i called MTN & bought data for R99 once off (adhoc). I was told that it ill be billed in my next statement to which i agreed. I was billed and debit order was paid. Now i get my new statement for Jan 2014 and I've been billed for the "once off (adhoc) data again. Much to my frustration on 10 Jan @ 15h40 i called the call centre and complained. I spoke to Mosholadi - Ref. 108050662. All the agent could tell me is that they will look into and reverse it. I was not satisfied as i needed to know why was it repeated if i was assured it was once off. I asked to speak to a manager. To date NOBODY has called me. I'm an MTN customer for more than 14years and lately their customer service has been terrible! My point is they did not even give the data!!! At least then i could understand. They just billed me!!! They did the same thing when I upgraded my package and no longer had a Blackberry and i was being billed for BIS until i picked it up some three months later. Why does the customer have to pick these things. What does the accounts department do? And then we have to wait for the adjustments to be done on the next billing and wait for the money to be credited!!!
