I have been experiencing problems with Vodacom ever since i purchase a BlackBerry Z10 I had to take it vanderbijlpark for repairs and was only two weeks old job number 9448595. Ever since then I've been billed our of data I logged a request and I was refunded back the amount. But this is continuing every month yesterday I spoke to Tracy team leader in billing depth who failed to listen to my query my account is soft locked I can't use the phone and while is locked I'm still being billed out of data, my account was closed on 6 Jan and was due for R1161.63 and yesterday when I went to chat connect it was on R2632. Tracy failed to pick that up she failed to answer the questions I asked her. She insisted that I'm in arrears and I have to pay for the Data. I'm on the Vodacom smart S package and I know that the only time I'm saposed to be billed out of data is if I exceed my 200 data. On my account I still have 47 min 187 data 318 sms but it has been soft locked after they debited my account for R543.20 witch is more than what they were saposed to debit, cancelled the debit order.
