Pathetic!!!

After a whole issue of the wrong phone being delivered to me and then finally getting the right phone Cell C called me today to Rica the new micro sim. Guess what? I failed the ITC check twice. Apparantly I don't get the answers right. I don't know my own age, the first 2 digits of my ID number, whether I own property in Pretoria and if I have a Pressless account. Holy F*&@!!! The person doing the test could hardly speak. He was clearly not typing my aswers in corrently and then got all arrogant basically telling me that I am lying with my answers and now he cannot do the Rica. How could I fail??? I think I know my personal information and where I live. Can Jerry that has been calling me about the wrong phone that they delivered please call me again. They already offered to give me my contract for free for January, but seriously, I don't want this contract any longer. I have been with Cell C for many years and there is always some kind of issue. The call centre people are just sooo incompetent. PLEASE CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!
