Dear MTN

I would like to inform you of the utterly pathetic service i have received from your company, please find a list of reasons for my disgrace.

BROKEN PHONE AFTER A FEW MONTHS ONLY
NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL
RECIEVED DIRTY PHONE
QUED FOR NO LESS THAN 30 MIN AT A TIME GAVE UP ALREADY AFTER WAITING FOR 2 HOURS!!!
CANT UPGRADE TO WHAT I WANT (even though its more expensive)
Charged for international calls but that is not enabled.
Applied for new contract, took almost an hour over the phone, found out it wasn't filled actually.

SENT THEM A DETAILED EMAIL OF EVERYTHING LETS SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO REPLY???
