RIDICULOUS SCARY BILLS!!!

It all started in November, for the very first time my cellphone bill was over a R1000.unfortunately I couldn't follow up because my baby got admitted to hospital then I had to go back to work and I had a lot to catch up with. Autopage the blocked my number fair enough and I only paid mid December, I PAID OVER WHAT BILL WAS, ABOUT R500 MORE thinking that would ease the next bill or even pay for it. Then my December bill came and to my surprise it was about R1 600, I phoned Autopage after viewing my bill, I got charged a thousand something RAND on GPRS something I barely use and my sister was so shocked too that my GPRS bill was so INSANELY much. I also checked my data usage on my phone and it showed that I use less than 200MB?? When I phoned Autopage I spoke to a Linda/Tumelo who was so impatient with me and he blamed the "apparent excessive data usage" on Android since "SAMSUNGS and iPhones uses a lot of data on automatic updates" and that the sales person was suppose to have explained these to me and he doesn't know why I wasn't advised. THIS IS INSANE!!! I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH AUTOPAGE AND I REGRET THE UPGRADE, I WAS ALSO CHARGED WITH A CANCELLED CONTRACT.
