MY PHONE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED FOR 4 MONTHS NOW

I took out a phone on contract, since I had the phone it has been faulty and full of problems. I have sent the phone in for repairs 4 times with it returning broken and in worse condition every time. I was told the phone would be replaced which did not happen, apart from that the phone took over a month to be returned t me each time. The last time I received the phone back it was falling apart and was full of dents and scratches and was completely broken. I gave the phone back and demanded a new phone as enough was enough. The phone was sent back to the repair centre on the 4th of March, to date I have still not received a replacement phone, IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS. The service I have received is pathetic, I am unable to get any feedback on the situation from the manager at the repair centre. She called me two weeks ago telling me she would phone me the same day telling me what phones are available for me as my phone was discontinued. I have yet to receive that call. I complained to the mtn shop assistant who told me he would ensure she phones me on monday which has not happened. The service I have received is pathetic. PLEASE EXPLAIN WHERE MY PHONE IS AND WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!
