My mom had a upgrade to get a new phone, when she received the phone she wasn't happy with it, we phoned cell c to return it and upgrade to another phone, they came to pick up the phone and after a week or so we phoned to find out when she will get the phone, they told us that the other phone needs to be checked to make sure she didn't open the phone or used it, only the seal on the box was broken, I e-mailed cell c about it and got no response, since she lost her phone and couldn't be contacted I gave them my number to contact me so I can relay the message to her, but still got no feedback as too when she can expect her new phone this was done on the 31st of October 2013, the email was about a week after I called them I was told it will be 7 working days, still no phone and now we have to try and help her out with a phone and also using a different network company since cell c isn't responding on this delivery. This is very bad service from cell c and would like to have this matter resolved as soon as possible.
