WAITING TWO MONTHS FOR MY PHONE!

I was called by MTN Cresta to come in for my upgrade end of November 2013. However, the phone I requested was not available. As a result I was put on the waiting list. To date I have not heard from that branch. I thereafter approached other branches in JHB with no success at all. I then decided to complain via Twitter & Facebook, to which I received a reply. This was 2weeks ago. The phone I requested was then conveniently available & sent via a courier company. However, I have STILL NOT received my phone because of Mtn's lack of customer service. Their Twitter page is now non-responsive!!! I am absolutely fed up.. Mtn has failed 2verify my details on the contract and as a result, the courier company is not able to deliver the phone 2me! What am I supposed 2do??? We have been loyal contract holders for 12 yrs now and this is the first time we've had such pathetic service!!! Why was I called in to come for the upgrade in the first place. Especially when you didn't even have the phone to begin with. And now I'm waiting for basically two months for a phone. If I don't receive my phone by friday, I will take this further!!!
