Hi my name is arthur mellish job no. 9272262 i upgraded about 4 weeks ago and after waiting a week for my phone the phone i recieved was broken! So then i took the phone back 2 the store and they sent it away as a repair and it was supposed 2 be sent as ano obf!! Now im sitting without a phone since last week and they tell me i have 2 wait another 2 weeks for the phone wihch is pathetic!!! I am stuck with no phone and its there fault!! Nobody wants 2 help me!! I think its pathetic that vodacom cant fix there mistakes and make the customer wait so long for a phone thats supposed 2 be new!!! If i could cancel my contract i would!!
