Worst service eve

Ive taken a contract with 8ta with the samsung galaxy s3 phone frome the first day the phone was a problem the refuse to give me a new phone gave a broken phone to use took 1 month to sort the prob now again phone is faulty got a broken phone to use n its 2 months that im with out a phone still.they service is bad cant get hold of them when ever u call they look at u like they doing u a favor when u go to the store make u wate long for them.i hope i get sum response abt this problem else i take legal action.
