This is not my 2nd complaint regarding the same issue. Case number: 7136374

My previous complaint was awaiting feedback. After 2 weeks and finally getting a technician to come to my apartment to confirm what I had been saying, this got sent to the "technical" team to review.

I received 2 separate feedback calls with the excuse of: "There are buildings in the way". Now that would be something to think about, if I wasn't on the top floor of my apartment.. which is on top of the hill. So no. There are no buildings stopping my signal. My device picks up 3G signal but there is Zero data transfer.

Their solution: "We will be doing work in the area in the next couple of months, So I must just wait for it to get better".

Awesome Solution! Now again to confirm their pathetic excuse, the other night after 12 I attempted to connect to my device, which I did successfully, albeit a pathetic connection speed and successfully downloaded content from the web.

My Question: What happens to the buildings that are "blocking" my signal sometimes? They disappear?

I would like an ACTUAL solution! If I have to wait 2 months then I should receive a temporary booster! What happens to my data?
