I logged a case ref 671 91 74 on the 19th September 2013 reporting that I suddenly have % signal strength.
It was working the previous few months and performed very well however from September the signal strength has disappeared and I cannot connect to the Internet or its extremely slow and times out.

I was told on the 21th September 2013 when I went to the Telkom Store in Gateway that my case was handed to the Technical department and a Technician will contact me to come and test the Signal.

Up to this day I have not gotten any feedback or a call from anybody
.
I once again called 8ta Customer care today the 27th September 2013 and the agent said their Teamleader Ulisa Mogali will look into it and provide feedback.

I feel that this is very bad service. We have Data available and we are unable to utilise it. Further more no one bothers to give u feedback even if its just to inform u that they haven't found the solution yet.

I really would like Feedback and better yet the Solution to occur ASAP as we are paying for Services that we are not getting and we will forfeit our data.

Can someone please sort this issue out ASAP.
