8ta LTE Poor Signal and no Feedback

I have applied for the 15GB Day Night Smart Saver LTE contract with Telkom Mobile (8ta)
When I signed up, they check the signal map and confirmed that I stay in a covered (pink) area
However, I was only getting maximum of 2 bars signal, resulting in maximum of 5mb/s in speedtest. I was previously getting over 10mb/s with HSPA .

I made a complaint about this and they sent out an investigator to test the speeds and such (5th July 2013). He left me with a speedtest result (2.66mb/s) and a reference number (6332789) and informed me that someone from the technical department would call me within three days to assist with the problem.

I have received no feedback since then. Ive been phoning Telkom Mobile giving them this reference number, but all i get is that there is nothing they can do from their side.

My previous experience with Telkom Mobile HSPA was absolutely perfect, hece I signed up with a more expensive LTE bundle. I am now very disappointed and regret so much not going with the Vodacom LTE solution.
I am also sad to actually have to make a complaint to Hellopeter about a Service provider I used to trust and recommend to everyone I know.

What a shame Telkom Mobile...
