Hi

I settled my invoices as per the billings i received from Nashua Mobile for Nov and Dec 2013. i received an sms early Jan 2014 stating that my account is in arrears. how is this possible when i settled invoices as per the billings received? i called your call centre, what i understood from your call centre agent was nashua did some adjustments to the billings. how is this an fault on my side? due to your neglence my line is now suspended??? what kind of service is this?
