Bad Reception/No Solution

On 2 January 2013 I sent a mail to Vodacom complaining about the lack of 3G Data and general bad reception at our house. This has been a problem for a long time, even before the first mail I sent them. They responded on the first mail in good time and also sent a technician to check the signal strength at our house. The technician was shocked at how bad the reception was. After this their response was that I must wait for this to be fixed as they are planning on building a net tower in our area that will resolve this issue. This tower has not been erected yet and thus I still have bad signal. I have heard from various people that a network can put a booster near a house to strengthen the signal, but this has never been proposed. On 22 May I sent another email complaining and received feedback on that day stating that a technical manager will be in contact, but this has not happened yet. So at the moment I am living in a house where I struggle with dropped calls constantly and can not use my 3G dongle to its full capacity.
Can someone at Vodacom please make a plan with this issue as I am most likely not the only one with this problem in my area.
