NO FEEDBACK after 6 days

I call to log my complaint after eventually being fed up with the data provided. My wireless router picks up a fairly strong 3g signal, yet there is NO data transfer. I cant even load the 8ta usage homepage, google, nothing!

I call to log my complain, I eventually stay on the call long enough to get someone to log my call, after getting cut off 3 times prior AND no one getting back to me on my log that was done via SMS.

The consultant got me to change some settings, which now has rendered my router useless as it is in a continual loop after switching on and restarting. She didnt seem to cared about this but said she would log the service issues and have someone get back to me. She did advise me that the SLA was 72 hours. They've had double that now and still NO feedback. The service is still pathetic.

I have confirmed the issue was not with the router by inserting the sim into my tablet. The same pathetic 'speed' or lack thereof is experienced.

1. Would be nice to get some feedback.
2. Fix the problem!!!
