Don't get any feedback or any solution's

I'm struggling with signal at my house, I have spent many money on phoning after telkom and eventually I got the technical guy to come and test my ground, he couldn't find any signal and said yes it is bad he will report it and telkom will come back to me, it's bein a few months and im still waiting for them to help me or try to find a solution, they said to me that they will put in a booster, but as I said they haven't phone me and its bein a few months now, please help me I can't do anything with my internet and im paying loads of money on data that I can't use properly!
