The sales person "Lebo" has been requested to provide full details of the MTN 500 contract. Lebo did not provide full and clear information to the customer, who is currently contracted to Vodacom. Upon further request for information Lebo displayed annoyance and disrespect. The customer requested the contact number of the complaint department of MTN and was deliberately given a wrong number not once, but twice.
I am a long term customer of MTN, the shop was empty and the attitude of the sale person was absolutely not acceptable. We believe in service excellence in a very competitive environment. A disrespectful to customers staff member should not be tolerated in any business, more over in one of the biggest telecom service provider like MTN
