Called in to call centre for a simple query on my contract upgrade date to be turned down due to a failed security question, which they cannot advise me of nor indicate if this is misinformation.

Spoke to Manager and was advised the system is a black box and I must go into vodacom branch with ID to vet all my details are correct in their system!!!

Come on what a waste of time and money on my behalf due to vodacom not having my details correctly... I went through this before and updated all my details only to have this happen again!!!
