I called the vodacom contact centre today at 10:47 and spoke to nozi regarding the cancellation of my 079 contract. Nozi confirmed that I'm not able to process a cancellation right. Now as my contract only expires in April 2013. She notified me that my final payment will be requested at the end of April 2013.I requested for confirmation of the cancellation and final payment in writting when she notified me that she does not have email facility how does the business communicate then or was she just trying to get me off the call hmmm. When I stated ima log a compliant should I not get it in writting she advised me to do so and put her name as a reference! The nerve! Worst customer experience ever! I can't wait for my other two contracts to expire to find a service provider that is willing to care or atleast try to care
