CANCEL TOP UP CONTRACT

Hi, I have recently been robbed and have had the existing contract for close to a year, i have been to the store and the staff were not very helpful.

I would really appreciate some feedback as to how to cancel a contract, and as far as i know the consumer protection act allows for this to happen.
