Cell C
Still waiting for feedback

I complaint about my phone not repaired even though it said on the Cell C system that it was on 3 April, 27 and 22 March. I am still waiting for feedback regarding this. Like i have asked before, I would like to cancel this contract please let me know what the penalties will be, so that i can pay and part with cell C. I have sent emails to customer care to cancel my contract because i dont get feedback from Cell C. Please I want to cancel this contract. As a consumer I have every right to good service and to cancel a contract.
