Issues with cancelling my contract

I have prepaid my tracker contract up front. I have bought a new vehicle and want to cancel the contract and claim back the premiums for remaining months, as provided for the Consumer Protection Act. i was told i can cancel it but i wont get a refund, this is clearly in contravention of the CPA. I sent an email on 28 Jan 2014 t this effect and still i have not had any feedback.
