No response after countless calls and emails

I phoned 8-ta's call centre to correct my account. They have been billing me for for a previous contract that ended in May of 2013 (2x blackberry's). I upgraded to the Samsung S4 in June 2013 and sent an email to cancel the second cell number on my account. They have not stopped the second cell number and are still charging me for BIS for 2x Blackberry's that I haven't used since June 2013. I spoke to a lady by the name of Monica in their call centre who promised me she would fix the problem and that I had to send the mail again to cancel the second number. This was in the beginning of Dec 2013 - nothing was done. I sent through a complaint about this on the 3rd of Jan 2014, they responded by saying their billing dept will handle it... I haven't heard anything since. I have sent an email again on the 7th of Jan 2014 to find out what is going on, again on the 14th of Jan 2014 and yet again on the 17th of Jan 2014 - I still don't know what is going on and what they are doing about this??
