I paid money into my multi choice account and it was meant to go into another account. I contacted there call centre and they gave me a email address [Email Removed] and they said I must send them a copy of the transaction I made on the 23/12/2013 and in 7 days they will refund the money into my account this happened on the 04/01/2014i got a case number and I was phoned and said the department is only back on the 08/01/2014. I had not heard from them for several days and I called them on the 16/01/214 and the person at the call centre will forward a geranial and they will forward me my money with in 24 hours. no funds were paid into my account I called back on the 16/01/2014 and then the operator said the wrong amount was put in and the right amount has been put in and they will pay the funds to my account nothing was done I send a email and on Friday 17/01/2014 a lady phoned me and promised me the money will be paid in on Tuesday 21/01/2014 and nothing was put in. I phoned them today and like normal get past on to different people and get put onto hold and after about 30 minute's they said a manager will call me she called and said they need id and bankin
