Arrogant, sarcastic service

On Friday 17 January 2014 I entered Cell C Vangate for some assistance, upon going there the first time I receiived misleading information or rather a lack of information from a consultant. When going back for my enquiry I received a sarcastic, arrogant answer after the same sales person gave me a lack of information with my prior visit on the same day. Not only did this upset me but when I stated I would visit another store the sales person tells me "good luck finding stock there". Just because you are in the Cape Flats area doesn't give you the right to treat customers with disrespect because of where they reside. Some of us are well educated individuals and I find it disgusting that this person represents the face of Cell C
