HUISGENOOT NO DELIVERY

My subscription to Huisgenoot magazine ends 3/07/2014 and is delivered with Die Burger newspaper every week, but since beginning end 11/2013 this is my very frustrating story:-
2/12/2013 - 1st complaint - phonecall & email - not received 5/12/2013 issue.
2/12/2013 - reply email - that they are busy upgrading to a new IT system
6/12/2013 - reply email - promising that delivery will in effect from 2/01/2014
7/12/2013 - received email - problem is due to their IT systems upgrading
13/12/2013 - received email - courier my 5/12/2013 issue - which I received.
9/01/2014 - 2nd complaint - phonecall - haven't received issues dated 26/12/13, 2/01/14, 9/01/14, 16/01/2014, thanks to a very friendly and helpful lady CHARLENE, I received all 4 outstanding issues by normal post, she confirm that they are only allowed to extend subscriptions with 2 issues.
16/01/2014 - 3rd complaint - e-mail - not received issue 23/01/2014
23/01/2014 - reply email - confirming my address for delivery, and also promising the outstanding magazine issue.
3 Feb 2014 - I haven't received anything, and issues 30/01/2014, 6/02/2014 is now also outstanding.
