I visited MTN stores in Game City (Durban) on the 10th January 2013.
I went there to cancel my contract which is suppose to expire next year (2014) August.

The consultant that assisted me called the call centre (808 number).
I spoke to an agent, she informed me that I have to pay a penalty fee for early termination.
I paid an amount of R4266.90 and was told that my contract has been cancelled and that my number will be migrated to a prepaid number.

On the 14th January 2013 my account was topped up with an amount of R200 and 25 sms's.
I went back to the MTN store and informed them that my contract has not been cancelled, hence I received the airtime and sms's.
The lady at the store told me that there's nothing she could do because my account is a coperate account and that I needed to call the call centre myself and enquire about the problem.
I called the call centre and was told by an agent that they do not deal with coperate accounts and that I needed to call 809 from my cell phone. I called the number and it was invalid.
I called 808 and they said I should email [Email Removed] my documents. I did that and till this day I haven't received feedback.
