Locked Line after Upgrade!! Move to MTN

Vodacom locked my account and all devices linked to it after I have done an Upgarde. Apparently, the invoice date was the 30th, but the Debit Order was already submitted to the Bank the same day. The R105 then wasnt paid, a very small percentage on my account. The never contacted me about this, just cut me off. I was left stranded because of no service and my weekend spoiled.
